Quyneax Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 Chins are a ranged attack, and rock lobsters are melee opponents. They have insane ranged defence (for their level). The entire island is very much divided between combat classes. The dagganoth kings show this, but also wallasalkis. You'll have less accuracy with an sgs and turmoil than with a magic short bow. Ah inspired by below, some ranged methods for charm-gathering: Chinning nechryeals (or w/e they're called) is pretty good but requires 80 slayer.Cannoning scarabites is also pretty good but is more dangerous.Cannoning + ranging wallasalkis is kinda semi-decent, mostly blue charms and very low ranged defence, as well as ok drops (if they sell) so perhaps break-even with yak, but only 5 spawns, annoying to get to and low summ xp/hr I think.
