Hey I've had a few ideas for the forums and just thought that I'd share them.

 

The first is to change the colour of the red text (admin usernames etc). That particular colour, I find, painful on the eyes.

 

The second is to do with the sidebar on the right hand side. Wouldn't it be better if we could change the order in which the 'blocks?' are listed. I noticed that 'Watched Content' is quite far down =[

I personally don't have any issues, maybe change your forum skin?

 

Again, I see no issues with the sidebars as well. Just a bit curious, but what is your monitor's resolution? For me I just have to scroll down a small amount and it's there.

I don't know about the admins, but the Crew will sooner die than give up their purple names.

 

As for your second suggestion, that would require coding work. Coding work on the forum for smaller problems is generally pretty low priority. The crew coders are overworked as it is.

I don't see any problem with the colour for administrator - in fact as it's been that way for most of tip.it's existence I doubt it will change.

 

As far as the side bar, it could be changed, depends what the admins think.

Font colour for ranks is always an akward issue on forums that have skins. People are attached to their colours and you can never get a colour that works on all skins.

 

Eg as soon as u get a green skin the mods become hard to read

My resolution is 1600x900 so I can also scroll but that's annoying :D

Thanks for suggesting but I don't think we'll be making the changes. I personally have no problems with red and we have never received any complaints until now. Depending upon what skin you use maybe it is hard on the eyes but we'll never be able to make every colour work for every skin.
