going for the extremes

Well I'm trying to get my levels up so I can get a few extremes to help my slaying (and maxing melees). And later I'll try to get into boss hunting again.

However what would be the best way to gather those?

To get to 88 herblore I need about 3.5M xp. - I guess I need 60-70m for that..

I do have the money for that, though as I also want to lvl prayer for turmoil, I'll need some huge amount of extra money.

So what is/are good money making options?

All stats are nearing the "80" mark, with combats being in the low 90 (91-94). I have 88 dungeoneering and a rapier (+ scroll of cleansing). 83 summoning.

Things I'd prefer not to do:

-TDS (failed at this).

-Cleaning herbs/making unfn potions.. (I tried to do this, however by the time the herbs actually bought the ge had updated and what I expected to make profit I actually lost in money).

I'm hearing a bit of cannoning blue dragons? - How would I go about this? - I set up a cannon and load my inventory with bones/hides.. then I bank (should I take cannon with me or leave it?).

Also can frosts be effectivelly hunted at my lvl/without pack yak?

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Then they came to the yews

and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews

Then they came for the ores

and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores

Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

I'd go with frosts. Tort, bring a few monks. Without turmoil it really doesn't matter if you have a yak as much because you need to use food anyway (unless you range/mage). So I'd recommend range should you get a yak before turm.

Right now, barrows, rapier, defender or dfs (with dfs you can tank more & no need for antifire, which is nice when afking or when you use food).

Really just farm torstol.

well I can't farm torstol yet, and in some way I always find farming very annoying (to train) - Often it takes 5-6 days before I get back (I can often play 1 day straight, then the rest of the week I"m too busy).

That last is also the reason why I can't use a method that depends a lot on a specific pricing at the ge (like cleaning herbs). And I prefer to have a steady method.

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Torstol with juju/sol will very rarely return no profit at all. I just had a run with a death, sold the herbs for min and got seeds for min, 200k profit. Of course if you hate farming that's out.

You could try dks (hybrid or maging, I don't think you can tribrid well) and as I said, frosts.

Well I do herb-farming runs, I dislike TRAINING farming (and training is hard when you can only log in 1 or 2 days a week).

But I'm going to try frosts and see the profit there :) (how much would you get normally?) - I take it cannon is still usefull if using tort + crapier?.

Still open for other methods :).

Yep use a cannon, expect around 2m/hr if you pay attention.

Basically play a lot. Money comes through combat a lot. I literally always recommend slayer so you can try that?

Slayer is getting a bit boring (88 atm) + It's not really "fast" money (as most of the tasks are either a small loss or a small gain).

I'll go slayer again after having extremes I guess.
