Nex, Corp, or dks?

Featured Replies

Basically wondering If Id be better off soloing dks with cannon, ovl, yak, etc for more consistent profit or doing nex/corp.

I'd like to get divine, pernix(no coif), virtus(no mask), and full torva, which isn't likely.

Guess this is more of a subjective question.

To make money, you're best off taking your cash and flipping in GE (even if the market's still unstable).

As far as your dream armor, I hate to be mean, but it's not happening. The only way to get all that is through drops (just because right now, I'm assuming you can't afford it, and everything you want has street). And if you were to get even ONE part, your LSP would be wrecked for at least a couple of weeks.

DKs isn't that great money (or at least in my opinion), but it's great fun. It shouldn't be used as a primary moneymaker.

Likewise, Corp isn't consistent enough. And should you get a sigil, you'll probably either be unable to sell it, or you won't want to sell it (Elysian vs. Divine, Arcane and Spectral are currently so cheap that their value is negligible compared to other shields). So it'll probably not be a money maker, but more a medium to obtain a divine.

Nex can provide a great way for you to obtain your armor pieces, but that's only if you're the type of person who has their own drive and desire to find the most efficient way to kill monsters - Nex is just too slow and costly right now to be worth it.

A random suggestion - if you're actually looking to make money, try TD's. They've been a consistent money maker since they came out and still are.

TLDR: Don't bother with DKs. You can try Nex and Corp on the side for drops, but TD when your LSP is far negative.

DKs are the best way to make money MHing right now. I have no idea why the guy above me would say otherwise.

For a divine, I'd say stick with DKs, TDs, and maybe some Corp. For Nex drops, try and join a pro LS team, 'cause that's the only way you're getting your hands on it anytime soon, and even then it's gonna take forever.

Learn to flip, too.

To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

DKs for a great consistent profit of around 3-4m an hour (assuming you do it right) It's one of the best steady profit atm.

I don't know how profitable Nex is right now...heck, no one probably does yet. But for the time being, LSing nex is going to be you best bet to get the items you want, at least until free trade come

Corp has lost it's incentive to do. The only real worth while drop now is the Divine, as Elysian has lost it's street, and is dropping iirc. It's also highly inconsistent with drops. Only those who really enjoy corp, or just want to say they got their own divine, do it anymore.
