January 18, 201115 yr Not long ago a friend of mine told me that JaGex had changed the elysians's special ability. Instead of stopping 25% of the damage 70% of the time, he says that it is now 25% for 100% of the time. I was away for a few months so I'm not sure if they did update this or not. Does anyone know for sure?

Does anyone know for sure?I doubt it. That would make Elysian too powerful, since it's only 5% less than Divine but without the prayer penalty.
