Ryan
Hi, I've talked with a few of you techies, but still need help. I'm upgrading an older Dell desktop. The tech specs on the RAM I would need, as listed on the Dell store are: Package Type: 168-pin DIMM Logical Type: 64x64 Speed: 133MHz Description: Non-Parity, Unbuffered Units Required: 1 System Type: Desktop/P I've browsed PriceWatch and a lot of the results say "High density - low compatibility, newer systems only". And give me an option to click for the "industry standard - 99% compatible." But the industry standard one is 32x8 (whatever that meants) instead of the 64x64 I need. It's also more expensive. And Dell wants to charge me $150 for a 512mb stick so that's out of the question.
