E.g. mage boxing is no movement or items, no healing no prayer etc, with runes for all barrage spells. Blood barrage is very inaccurate compared to blitz, and ice barrage is more accurate and hits higher, so you want some variety. If you want staking with gear, be prepared for divine, Nex gear and stuff being used against you. If you do weapon-only staking, you should get a staff of light and spec (if melee is enabled) or a chaotic rapier + korasi's sword, or use morrigan's javelins or something. Zuriel's staff is also nice. Zuriel's > sol spec is pretty powerful.
