Come to my Clan chat (I'm there if I'm online) if you wish to borrow a Green H'ween mask, Blue H'ween Mask, Red H'ween Mask, or Santa for a reasonable price.

I usually range at the Edgeville dungeon hill giants. Giant spiders are also a good training spot for range or melee.

Good Luck.

I did stronghold fleshies for a while and then switched to lessers. Only did that to 78 range though, and went members. :P

I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come."

It sounds like with your no attack/def stats - hill giants may be the best place to train at.

However, you could also try training at the ice giants - but you would probably need a friend or two to pull aggro for a while. At least til the ice warriors stop attacking you.

If you're really active - I say you can always try minotaurs. They don't really do much damage, they drop arrows, food and they have a pretty good spawn rate.
