The reason i want more is cause my computer lags on HD, If i get more FPS would that help? Im using, Dell inspiron 2009, Windows 7, 2G ram, 4g Memory. Gandorf61 Posted February 26, 2011 Share Posted February 26, 2011 Low fps doesn't cause lagg but rather just gameplay that is not as smooth. Lagg is from a bad internet/server connection. 15-30 fps is ok and 30-40 is pretty good for hd since the max fps you can get in Runescape is only 50. punk_ Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 Try disable any compositing effects (like the windows aero theme).Changing the theme to the windows "classic" grey looking theme should increase your fps a bit.
