Also, whilst I am here; I found this sprite tutorial site which could be good for pixelers: http://ssn.sonicstadium.org/index.php?sid=tutorials&id=Texturing

dinkydaisy
I don't know about any keyboard short cuts, I don't actually have paint on my computer, I had to download a similar program instead for my pixels, but if you click just below the highest zoom option, you get a new, bigger zoom. If that makes any sense.
apinagez
You can always drag it into the start menu, like this: Take a second to open it. limewire owns :D i'm pretty sure he's talking about tool shortcuts, not quick opening shortcuts though. maybe you could look at the menus, they have those underlined letters, i think you gotta press alt+letter to open the menus, it may work with some tools as well..never tryed though. ^The most disturbing signature on Tip.it^Last.fm|HELLY KAYLA!|Oh the mehagurtz!|#Siencemakers"they care less about their spelling mistakes then I." - Lionheart"apinagez... let me

cupcake
thats not what he meant i dont think...i think he meant f3 for pencil- f3 for fill- f4 for color pallette etc... Ermm..is that even possible to do? In those MS office program (e.g MS word processer) you can make a certain button a hot key with macro, if that program has a macro of course... You might have to use other program if you really want to reach the "tools" by pressing a button. in Gimp..you can switch to the pencil tool by press "N"

MD666
I have photoshop, I just prefer the simplicity of paint. Maybe I will just have to use Gale.... :?
cupcake
mmmm./..only the full version of graphic gale is worth it. It helps making good and weird GIF fast. Why can't it be free.... :wall:

Despaxes
if he uses paint for simplicity like me... he wont like GG.... and the free version is same as fulll except you cant animate or use gifs... thanks everyone for the sigs!
MD666
if he uses paint for simplicity like me... he wont like GG.... and the free version is same as fulll except you cant animate or use gifs... Rightyho, I do like the simplicity, but on GG there are some usefull things. Such as the right click colour-picker, easy to access palette and preveiw. Also, the keyboard shortcuts which appear to be absent in paint... :)
