Assassin1357
I would like to know what all determines dung exp. I prefer to run solo so I know I wont get the same exp as in a group but it still seems slow. Does turning resources into items give extra exp and would turning up the complexity give a big enough increase to justify the extra skills needed
Cactuaar
As far as I know, no, harvesting resources does not give extra exp, or its so negligible that you shouldn't do it. Turning up complexity; yes, for sure, always do complexity 6 for all your floors (well the higher ones for sure, lower ones you may want to c1 or c2 if you want fishing exp). As for what determines dung exp, I believe its primarily the number of rooms opened (open as many as possible, sometimes skill doors will prevent you, in that case just end the dungeon), and the number of monsters killed (the level mod). However, don't waste too much time killing monsters for a higher level mod, just kill the minimum amount (guardian doors), that should give you enough food for the dungeon. The time saved by not killing every monster will justify the slightly lower exp but quicker dungeons, and overall will give you the most exp. JPMC Mate
It will seem very slow at the early levels, but once you train it higher and higher, the xp rises and rises. Xp is determined by prestige, which is how many unique floors you complete and the base xp of the dungeon. More monsters killed = more xp, but don't always kill every monster. Only monsters in a guardian room or if you really need food should be killed. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. Dragonlordjl
I would like to know what all determines dung exp. I prefer to run solo so I know I wont get the same exp as in a group but it still seems slow. Does turning resources into items give extra exp and would turning up the complexity give a big enough increase to justify the extra skills needed1) Floor Level 2) Complexity. 3) Prestige. This is the most complicated and difficult to explain concept from DG. Prestige is equal to the total number of floors you have competed. You only receive a Prestige bonus for floors you have not completed, so when you complete every floor then you choose reset. As you unlock new floors by leveling, you can increase your Prestige. So say you had up to floor 30 unlocked, but after you reset, you unlock F31. Well, after you complete F1-30 and then do F31, your Current Prestige will be 31. So when you reset, it will save it as 31. 4) Rooms unlocked. A floor with more rooms will give more exp, so the exp varies a little from floor to floor when you do mediums/larges. This is also why when you get a room you can't do and it keeps you from doing other rooms, you lose FAR more exp than just the "Bonus Room" bonus. 5) Miscellaneous bonuses. These are given for doing dungeons in teams (5:5), the floor size (you get bonuses for medium/large), the Bonus Room bonus (up to 13%), and the Level Mod which is determined by how many monsters you killed. Usually, an efficient DG team will have anywhere from -9% Level Mod to -19% Level Mod (if there are very few Guardian Doors in the floor). 6) Deaths. In a solo floor, it seems like deaths are -7% per, but in large 5:5 floors, they range from 10-15% per death. As far as I know, you do not get extra exp for skilling. The only things inside a floor that impact exp, other than opening rooms, are deaths and killing monsters (which translates into Level Mod). TheKoolKandy
You should be on complexity 6 unless you're rushing low floors so you can reset and do your higher ones. Also things that determine the xp are number of deaths, number of monsters killed in a dungeon, number of bonus rooms opened, prestige and the floor. The best xp for soloing, as far as I know is trying to finish the dungeon as fast as possible by only killing monsters in gds and trying to open all doors possible(unless it takes like 20 mins to make 1 pot). In general, you shouldn't be skilling much, if at all if you can help it.
