March 23, 201115 yr If you want to make it a pure then make it a pure. Build a good foundation with leveling for quests, then once you have some of the key quests out of the way, start slaying to work on your combat more. Mix it up a bit if you'd like. Really just depends on what you're wanting to do the the char. Do you have a main already? If so then I'd just keep it a pure.

March 23, 201115 yr You're at 52/2 combat levels from ranged and 70/3 from melee, that is, pretty much equal in melee/ranged basedness. I'd say, go on with 45 attack (if f2p) or 60 attack (if p2p) with up to 99 strength and level up ranged and magic to be equal to your melee levels.
