Hi I'm gonna keep this short and sweet

 

I wonder how many players have used this guide and looked in required items, saying ok need 2 buckets then went to sophedom, clicked show guide and the first line says

 

Before you start (while you are still near evergreen trees) it would be helpful to get a bucket of sap by using a knife on an evergreen with a bucket in your pack. Several evergreen trees are located just west of Barbarian Village. It will be used later in the quest, but will save from having to make a trip out of the desert.

 

I didnt see that until I got to sophedom... a bit of a nussance, it would make more sence to simply put in the required items either

 

a "bucket of sap"

 

b bucket (for a bucket of sap)

 

c bucket (see below before starting quest)

 

something that says to returning players that you need to get that sap BEFORE you travel to sophedom, not after

 

many thank, a few words would have saved me 10 minutes, but then again I wouldnt have joined the forum either if it did :P

 

oh and there is a red dot missing from the graphic marking out the traps too! i didnt see the last one coming!

I got the same problem when doing the quest, I didn't want to follow the guide but I checked it for the required items, it did not say a bucket of sap, so I was already in the desert when I needed it.
