April 23, 201115 yr Addy Platebodies, but since you're only 60 Smithing, just do the highest Platebodies you can until 88 Smithing. 88-99 Addy Plates are around 250k xp/hr (no sc hammers) which will take 30-40 hours, and cost about The Adamant Bars from 88-99 will cost you 310m (GE guide price) and you will get 267m back from the Addy Platebodies you smithed. So 60-99 Smithing will most likely take 40-55 hours (depending on if you have scroll of efficiency) and will cost around 45-60m.

April 24, 201115 yr And just so you know, the scroll of efficiency has saved me 1.51% of the bars from 88-95.
