Why are Jagex not actively doing something to fix this extremely significant issue? Me and my friends who PK are frequently white screening, and losing ridiculous amounts. I have personally lost 50m+ to glitches in the wilderness, and 30m+ to this one alone. I have a friend who was welfare bridding with an AGS for spec, he white screened on relatively low prayer and lost it. To be quite honest, [bleep] future content. What good is a new quest with a brilliant new reward if i'm going to get kicked offline every 10 minutes? It takes the piss. Don't even get me started on skeletons and scorpions.... Legalize baby punching. Tax and regulate it. Punch babies erry day.

April 24, 201115 yr I've gotten random black screened for the past few months. It's not just me who is having that problem; it's other as well. This really does need to get fixed. Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.

Inherently, it's a problem that exists with Java, nothing Jagex can do about it. Things to do: 1. Uninstall Java and its components, reinstall.2. Switch browsers/use the client.
April 24, 201115 yr Omali is correct. I have blackscreened fairly often (once every few hours) and I just have to switch to another tab and come back and that usually fixes it. Only a couple of times I've had to reload the page. PM me for fitocracy invite

Actually, it's a problem inherent in Java itself. It happens when Java has a problem drawing the image, which can be related to a number of things including the computer's GPU. There is, however, nothing Jagex can do. That's an issue SUN is going to have to fix. As another fix, try changing what Java version Runescape uses.
