Low lvl money farming help

Ok so i am a level 65 combat with a few questions about how best to make money.

 

So far i have been farming herbs from chaos druids in edgeville dungeon for money and also making iron bars into darts.

does anyone have approximate $/hr amounts for the two listed above and any possible alternatives? I have low skill stats except 65 smithing so far so it would have to be combat or non skill related.

 

Also how good is green dragons because i have no trouble killing them ( i have full rune obsidian cape and a brackish blade ). Does anyone know the $/hr for green dragons approx and best place to kill them? I assume the black knight castle in the far west wild is best spot? correct me if there is a new spot (returning lvl 124 from 4 years ago)

If you are around about 38 farming you can plant toadflax, to learn how read this.

If you don't have the right level read this anyway to get the level, you can get like 100k profit in 5mins every 75ish mins.

 

I like to kill greens in the forinthry dungeon which is in 19-20ish wild north of edge general store. Just bring 3 good items (brackish,pl8 and legs) and some cheap stuff, ammy of def/str/power/whatever, anti-dragon shield. go there kill them tab to house mounted glory to edge (you will need 47 construction) bank and repeat. If you don't have 47 construction then take an hour to get it.

For farming you can level to mid thirties from quests alone. Then farm herbs and trees.

 

For greens the chaos tunnels arent in the wildy and can be over 1.5 mil an hour.

The chaos tunnels are stuffed with bots though, I suppose you could try on a 1500 skill total world.

im definately not 1500 skill total yet, how about the spot in like 13 wild to the far west by that one black knight castle or whatever? How is that spot? I have been just taking my full set of gear, havent seen many pkers my level out there and losing one rune item doesn't bother me much at all lol.

 

So getting farming is worth it definately from what i hear? And construction is actually useful? I didnt understand what teh guy up there said about construction it was a bit confusing, could you reiterate please?

OOhh i think when i said "low lvl money farming help" people misinterpreted that as farming the actual ingame skill, what i meant was "farming" gold. I should have used a different word, didn't think about it til just now.

 

I'm just looking for general money making methods that a lvl 70 combat(somewhat pure) can achieve.

He asked for a money making method that works at his combat level.

 

He also asked why construction was noted as being worth leveling up for killing green dragons.

 

I answered both questions. I never said edgeville men were better than greens. Please don't put words in my mouth.

I highly recommend that you look into collecting mort myre fungi. There's no competition and it's an easy ~700k/h as long as you've done the required quests (which are low-level quests). Collect fungi and start farming the most profitable herb you can at your farming level.

 

There are a few fungi guides in the AOW. I believe there's two big ones, but one is better than the other. I'll go find it for you.

According to this guide, fungi should be about ~600k gp/h right now, assuming faster methods of banking that are mentioned in the replies.
