I think we should give the construction cape an ability to negate all damage for 30 seconds, because after all, you can build a [bleep]ing house to hide in.

 

But in all seriousness, seems like the suggestion is tailored to your own needs and disappointments about the max/completionist cape. I wouldn't be against a combat cape, or "gathere's" cape, "artisan's" cape, "naturalists" cape, etc. Just it wouldn't be reasonable for it to replace a max cape in stats. :P

Agreed. Ideally it should be a good cape for combat, perhaps with +5 offense/+9 defense? A bit worse than the max cape, except for offense stats, and could require 99s in combat skills and a firecape.

 

Other skill-set capes could be released with perks for their skills as well, say, an artisan cape gives you a chance to save resources or something.
