Grenwalls

Featured Replies

I'm currently 69 (very soon to be 70 after time of posting) Hunter. I'm doing chinches instead of sallies because I want them for future range training/for selling.

1. What level should I start Grenwalls? 85? 90?

2. Is it feasible to buy papayas instead of using a fruit bat?

Thanks.

For 2.) it's not feasible - considering you need the papayas for the raw pawya meat. It's smarter just to use the fruit bat scroll when needed and let the spikes stack up instead of having to bank every inventory

You should start at lvl 80 although they aren't that bad at lvl 77 for money or exp.

If you are going to buy papayas, you might as well buy pawya meat to bait the grenwall's directly. However, this is going to be quite tiresome as the good grenwall hunting spots are quite far from the bank. You should really get fruit bat if you are planning on hunting grenwalls.

Okay, I've been wanting 68 Summ anyway for Bunyip, might as well get 69.

What would profit/hour be at 80 and at 85?

They arent worth it until 99 for profit or exp. You get more profit and exp/hr at herblore habitat.

I know, but I'd need a lot better farming which would take me forever (I just can't train it the normal way) and construction which I don't have the cash for.

If you're going to level up summoning - might as well get it to 71.

You get the invisible boost from the Artic Bear. (If you're not going to use the fruit bat)

Apparently you get ~700ish spikes an hour

I don't know legitimate that estimate is since he's just guessing.

It still makes the most sense to just start farming (it's really not that hard just a little bit tedious) and get ready for HH.
