So i got 70rc recently and was wondering how do i bind cele box with runes inside. Also does the cele box only bind air surge spell as ive only seen ppl using air surge with cele box

First you'll need to get one as a drop from a high-tier forgotten mage. Once you have it, you'll need to charge it with the runes for 125 casts of air surge. Once charged, then you can bind it.

 

It does indeed only hold the runes for air surge - to use fire surge you need to collect/make your own fire runes/fire staff in conjunction with the surgebox.

You can charge the box after you've bound it. I've done that twice.

So i need to charge the cele box with air surge rune and then bind it. Does this mean the next time i dung the cele box would hav the air surge spell already binded?

Yeah, you can bind before or after charging.

 

Once it's bound and has runes in it, the box will have 125 casts at the start of each dungeon.
