Look for an announcement in mid to late August about whether it is going to happen or not. I must say if you think in terms of Jagex's new "make that money" policy, Bonus XP weekends in March and September probably add about 3 months of subscription for some people (if they do members during summers). Using inductive reasoning it would likely be September. However this is Jagex, we don't know yet. Also is it just a pet peeve for me or does it get annoying when people say "double xp" weekend instead of bonus. For some reason I get annoyed at stupid things. They don't want all the kids to quit members after 2 months of summer and placing it on the 1st weekend of September will make less people cancel their membership.
