1) There is no mention about Feathered Journal that lies on the ground when you enter the Eagles' Peak (has a red dot on mini map.) It has no much use on the quest itself, but is quite funny to read and gives some background about the Eagles' Peak.

 

2) Giant kebbit is referred as a "Kebbit" on the monsters. It also drops bones in addition of the silver feather, which is not shown on the bestiary.

 

3) You get a ferret and a box trap when Nickolaus shows you how to catch ferrets.

1) I think that is not needed in the guide because you don't need it to complete the quest and it is not hidden.

2) Should be changed, yes. Can't confirm the bones but would be strange if it didn't drop them.

3) The quest already mentiones that you get a ferret, but it doesn't mention the trap, which I can confirm you do get from him.

I've changed "Kebbit" to "Giant kebbit" and added in the fact that you receive a box trap as well as the ferret from Nickolaus.
