That was even a watered down version of what was originally written. My editor said that maybe it was a bit too graphic, so I tried to tone it down a bit. A piece that I'm writing. please tell me more It is sort of an experimental thing, but it is a story about a small group of assassins that are sent out to kill the leader of a cult. I also injected some of my friends and family into the story as well, so it is fun to see what they say about their characters. Sorry if I am not good at being articulate about what I try to say when mentioning my opinion. Was meaning to say you might have put too much into describing the scene. Okay, I realized saying "use less descriptions" and "tone it down" might be the same thing. I can see why I rarely got distinguished on a writing assignment in high school: I never made sense.
