At 81+, the best method is hunting draconic/common jadinko's in herblore habitat. In the mid 80s, the experience is around 200k exp/hr, however, at 99 it jumps up to 275-290k.

 

You should use arctic bears, hunter potions, zamorak's favors and wear the witchdoctor camo.
