Best Setup

Hey, everyone. I'm kind of a really casual player so I'm not really sure as to what armor setup I should be using for slayer or whatever my combat needs entail (i.e. quest, etc.). Right now I use a full slayer helm, torags, glory, ring of wealth, dragon boots, barrows gloves, legends cape (>.<), whip and dragon sq. shield. My budget for armor improvements, which I'm sure someone has in mind when they hear what I use, is preferably under 50m. I'd really appreciate advice as to what I should be using and/or what are my best options.

Items that are good for slayer and wont cost you money: Fighter Torso, Dragon Defender, and skillcape/firecape/soul wars cape.

 

Items to buy for slayer: Fury, BCP, and Tassets. All these items can be had for below 50mil total at the moment. Also, if you wanted, you could sub Tassets for claws and save a little bit more money.

Get a fury and zerker ring aswell as a dragon defender. Also might wanna buy a bcp and verac's plateskirt until you can afford tassets, if you can't already.

 

You should also try to get a fire cape.

Get rid of the dragon sq. shield and get a ddefender.

Get rid of the torags and get either full bandos or a bcp and verac's skirt.

Get a sw cape at the minimum, fire cape if you can.

Get a fury and zerker ring before you get bandos.

Get a chaotic rapier in the near future. The earlier you get it the more you will benefit from it.

 

Edit: Get 70 prayer and piety. This should be one of your first priorities right now.

Buy a berserker ring before you buy a fury, fury before bcp, bcp before tassets. Sell torags and the d sq. Use veracs skirt with prossy top if you can't afford all of the above.

 

Also get either the sw cape, fire cape (best option), or an ardy cape 3 asap.

 

Ddefender is a must have as well.
