How many rocktails can I get at 99 fishing with a granite lobster and without?

Between 115 & 125 an hour.

 

It's about 9 to 11 minutes an inventory.

 

imo.

 

I was getting 100 - 120 at 90-91-92 fishing.

 

I think RNG effects the rate more then fishing actually does.

Ros is right. At 99 fishing w/ lobster I got about 120 rocktails/hr.
