That shows up everytime I try to play it, I deleted local files for retrying, reinstalled Steam, but nothing worked.

It usually goes allright, but since yesterday I get this, it pisses me off really.

Can anyone help me please?

Since I can't read that, I'm going to assume it's an error report. I guess if it's not effecting gameplay don't worry about it, but if it is, then reinstall steam (be sure to backup your gameplay files), then reinstall HL2 and CS:S.

I did that a couple of times, and sorry for the Dutch message (I don't get the Egnlish ones)

I get this message when I'm starting it up by the way.

Try updating your graphics, chipset drivers, and possibly flashing your BIOS. I was getting that error a lot until I upgraded to the new ForceWare drivers (I have a 7800GT).

handed me TWO tissues to clear up. I was like "i'm going to need a few more paper towels than that luv"

Awful help :).

Post your specs please and make sure you uninstall and remove all HL2(Mods etc) files and then reinstall it.

How can I see my specs? I'm bad with computers, sorry.

Also, I've deleted everything from Steam and redownloaded, then did it again but also redownloaded Steam.

I don't know what Jammy meant, but I think flashing his BIOS is a last-resort solution :\

I really don't see how flashing your BIOS is last-resort, I flashed my BIOS when I first got it so I had the newest version to ensure compatibility. But then again, I have Dual BIOS , which I guess means I have a backup BIOS as well, so I can just restore from that.

Because just as well as ensuring compatibility, in some cases it may break compatibility as well, and returning to the old one is a hassle if your pc won't boot anymore? Mm?

hmm, i thought flashing your bios helps with a lot of problems, as long as you know what you're doing i don't see a problem doing it, however i wouldn't use that yet for this situation..

Anyway, for showing your computer specs, go to start>run and type 'dxdiag' Then go to display to find your graphics card (check name) and sound to find sound card (same again). Then download a program called cpu-z (small thing, so don't worry about file sizes) and run that. Check cpu processor name for the type of processor you have, core speed for it's speed in mhz, the mobo is in mainboard and tell us the model of that, and for ram, go to the spd tab, and read the ram out in the order of manufacturer, then what is put into the memory slot #1, the max bandwidth, and then the module size. If you have 2 slots that are both in use, then just add up both the sizes together.

That should tell you most of what we need to know, and will be useful for your general information anyway.

A way to get them all up is to run a 3dmark test which will test how good your computer is, i'd recommend 3d mark 01 for your pc. This should be able to tell you the full specs of your computer. I dunno how to find out details on the psu though, there maybe somekind of software out there, but i haven't looked :P
