now that I am 99 Herblore, I dont need to get herbs from MTK anymore. What is the best setup now without herbs, is it 6 on maples and 9 coal?

Not sure why you got herbs in the first place...

 

Assuming you collect every few days+, 10 maple 5 coal. If daily, 9 maple 6 coal.
