cyco
I just got into dungeoneering. I'm only level 52 right now. (129 combat). I'm looking to optimize experience, but I don't really understand how. I got to my max floor then reset my prestige. I see how you get more experience kind of doing the next play through, but what happens if I reset again if my "Progress" is lower, but I've completed higher floors? Or do I need to do all floors even low level ones before resetting? What's the best way to train it?

cyco
Check off all floors before resetting. So should the lower floors just be rushed?
Gilformen
yes. c1 all lower floors, do c6 small/meds for your last few, reset once all floors are ticked off. xp will suck til 70/80 at least. 32,606th to 99 magic || 15,388th to 99 dungeoneering || 12,647th to 99 farming14,792nd to 99 range || 24,954th to 99 herblore
JPMC Mate
1-20 c1 rush, then 21-26 on c6 med/small. At 59 DG, switch to 1-29 c1 and 30+ 5:5 c6 large. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.

I'd suggest at level 60 or so to start c1'ing 1-mid 20s (23, 24), doing meds (solo or with a few others) for the remainder up through 29, then doing larges for every floor over 30. I'd start c1ing all of 1-29 at maybe level 75 or so (6 aba2, 3 occ). Inefficiency = fun. That's objective and can't be debated. Ever.
