Training Combat skills

Featured Replies

So id love a place to mindlessly train combat skills while im studying for exams/ect. Id rather not do slayer tasks though since they can have good drops and might require more concentration

Slayer really is the best way, but if you want to afk then ape atoll dungeon skeletons are good. Just pot up and turn prayers and auto retaliate on and check back every little while to drink prayer potions.

That's how I used to train before I did slayer but I then realized how many charms and effigies I was missing out on lol.

Try that method if you want fast easy exp but try and stick to slayer as much as possible.

To add to the last point, you can also try killing the zombie monkeys underneath the Ape Atoll Temple. The upside of this is that you won't have to walk too far (just a quick trot from the teleport), and the zombie monkeys respawn extremely quickly. You can bring along a familiar too, but that's the same for the Skeletons underground.

On the flipside, I think you'll have to reaggro the monkeys now and then.

Better setups on the final page, and remember to use Salve (e)

In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

hit things over the head with a shovel.

at your lvl I was "afk" training at barbarion village dungeon.

can't remember but I stayed on the 3rd lvl (the one with lots of green lol) an trained on spiders.

also went down a lvl and trained on the skelletons, dropped alot of bloods an was pretty good money at the time.

Then I spent ALOT of time after those an headed down to bandits with a bunyip. :-)

/The end

(I hated slayer, but geared up ready to go back and train it shortly. It might be an option when ya feel like paying more attention)
