I heard that frost dragons have like 10 instanced caves,so there would be like 120 dragons in total in caves,or something like that and you are randomly put in a cave when you enter

Only way to find out is to test it. Get a bunch of people together and go into the dungeon and see if you are all "on the other side", or if you are missing some people.
