November 16, 201114 yr Considering it's mage, or at least mage/melee hybrid armour, anywhere you mage with prayer it's fairly useful. Depending on the spell and prayers you're using, it might even be worth using the full effect in some places when your prayer gets low. Squab unleashes Megiddo!
