I need help. Does any one know a place where you can mine copper and tin that is near a bank? like realy close to a bank?

Falador has always worked for me. Maybe one of the two mines near Varrock..

With 15 dungeoneering, you can access a bank deposit box in the dwarven mines. There are a couple of semi close rocks if I remember correctly.

Yes. They're a part of the Shattered Heart D&D. If you get two of the same type, you can bring them to the Varrock museum for a nice chunk of xp.

 

You can't get anymore until you get all the rocks from all non-combat skills though.

Indeed. They are part of the Shattered Heart D&D. You can exchange the rocks for experience in the skill which you received the rocks from once you have a pair of them. Talk to the people at the Varrock museum :thumbup:

Port Khazard has 2 tin rocks on the north side of town and 2 copper rocks in the south. They're both pretty close to a bank deposit box. There's also the Varrock east mine, the Falador west mine, the Rimmington mine (with vexillum or house teleport), and the Piscatoris mine.
