There are a couple of semi close rocks if I remember correctly. If you get two of the same type, you can bring them to the Varrock museum for a nice chunk of xp. You can't get anymore until you get all the rocks from all non-combat skills though. You can exchange the rocks for experience in the skill which you received the rocks from once you have a pair of them. They're both pretty close to a bank deposit box. There's also the Varrock east mine, the Falador west mine, the Rimmington mine (with vexillum or house teleport), and the Piscatoris mine.
