November 25, 201114 yr Not sure if it's been changed, but the last time I checked, you can still teleport until the teleblock actually hits you, rather than being blocked as soon as the teleblocker casts the spell and gets the xp for it.
November 25, 201114 yr Teleblocking blocks all teleports. Basically, it denies you the option to travel through abyssal space. I'm not an efficienado.
