He had been watched very closely ever since he posted the signatures, but there was nothing we could do unless we had proof. Once there was conformation that they were indeed stolen, he was banned in a heartbeat. If this ever happens again and you have evidence, please do contact one of the administrators or moderators at the Runeweb forums so that the proper action can be taken asap.
