Just north of the Dark Wizard's tower. The very spot I'm standing. I foolishly forgot to take a screenshot before digging up the clue and getting the next one, but...hopefully I'm trustworthy! :P (that's why it says I have a "scan" clue, that's the one I got from digging there).

anyways, he doesn't have the complete pic, but I can second that i have gotten this scan before, but i think it may be on the list, it's been awhile so i don't remember if i just did it myself or i checked here, but i can confirm that it is indeed a spot
