February 16, 201214 yr So, Ive finally started working on the skills to get my EE, and the one Ive been putting off for the longest is firemaking. Now, I need about 2k yew logs to get to lvl 75. Is there no possible way to boost firemaking besides stews? Do something that scares you everyday

February 16, 201214 yr Nobody forces you to do all the logs in one go. Do something like 1k(~1 hour) then take a small break and come back to firemaking after a while.
February 16, 201214 yr If you have a penance horn, it doubles the xp you get per log so would help a lot with the boredom.
February 17, 201214 yr I burn maples instead of yew for cost reasons (I'm poor), but to alleviate the boredom I alternate between fletching an inventory's worth and burning an inventory's worth. It definitely breaks up the monotony. The musings of a newbie going after his second thousand levels.
