No option to buy membership with debit card

Featured Replies

Hi guys, thanks for taking the time.

So the problem is that on the payment methods screen, there is only one tab, and that is for "paybycash"... I don't really want to use them as they are incredibly more expensive... Where on earth is the tab to pay by credit card?

Please help

As far as I'm aware paybycash is the only way you can pay using debit cards. I think it's possible to hook a paypal account up to a debit card and use that method but Jagex doesn't support debit transactions directly, you need to go through paybycash or paypal.

If you select credit card you can use your debit card. That's what I do.

at least I think.

Indeed, just select the credit card option.

as long as your debit card has a visa, mastercard etc. logo on it, it should function exactly like a credit card for online transactions.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I have NO other option than to use "paybycash" and that includes paying by credit card.

If I continue onto paybycash the only options I get are to pay by phone or other BS options like bank transfer or ukash etc.. All of which are ridiculuously slow or expensive

Is it possible to get someone you know to help you out and reimburse them? I would think at your location that they would offer more than one payment option.

Email [email protected], post on their billing support forums in the most appropriate thread or even send them a billing ticket. Some accounts don't have all the options available to them (the way I read what you typed, this seems to be the case) due to various reasons which they can explain to you or help you with.
