Save Equipment and Inventory

Be able to select items to wear in Equipment slots, and items to have in inventory, and save the setups as for example "Penguin Setup", "Aberant spectre setup",

 

Catch bigger (untradeable) fishes

Be able to catch new weights of fishes that heal more. From big, large...to GIGANTIC.

These fishes could heal more, and be fished same way as you catch regular sizes. Chance of catching them should be rare.

 

Penguin trappers points

Allow every single player in Runescape to be able to give 0.1 Penguin point to a Penguin trapper. Setting maxium cap for a Penguin points a trapper can receive a day to 3.0.

 

Quick rat catching

Left click Cat for it to catch rats, or a interface option at summon menu.

 

Monster drops on floor size increased

That way when picking up small items won't be a problem.

 

Change to Melee weapon makes spell casting INACTIVE

When having a spell as auto cast if you change to Abyssal whip to melee, the spell continues, so you have to take the auto cast off.

 

Skill more for EXP!

If party members skill (mine,fish, smith) they will give bonus experience to Dungeoneering team overall.

 

Elite Crystal bow

+1 speed faster

Degradation does not affect it's stats.

Runefest 2011 they already mentioned workng on making self-defined armour setups that u can withdraw etc. with 1 click.

All pretty great suggestions. Elite crystal bow pretty much sounds like the Zaryte bow even though it isn't faster, but I'd love the see the elven quest series continue. The untradable fishes could be a bit overpowered but would definitely encourage people to train fishing, and maybe a bit of extra xp for catching them (I need 91 fishing as my last requirement for taskmaster lol). Equipment and inventory set ups sound awesome I take pictures of set ups for some things right now, but it's still annoying to actually get it all out of my bank. Quick rat catching would really help with gathering spices for stews. Penguin trappers could do with some extra reward for trapping the penguins, but how would the game know they trapped the penguins? Spell casting disabled when switching to a melee or range weapon would be nice and it works fine with polypore staff, but I've become a DIY character recently and it'll be a while before I get a polypore staff.
