Playforfun
Hi there, I've started playing Runescape after I have not played it on the giant long ago. I want so much just now getting over 70 first and foremost in the attack so i can use the Abyssal whip and I think it is tough. What would you recommend the place for me? I want it to go efficiently and quickly. I enclose a picture of all my levels I have right now. What encourages you then? Is it defense? Magic? what encourages you to be leveling up? http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2l8xo9k&s=5 Have a good day!
Dusk Souls
I would suggest to get at least prayer 43 and go to bandits in the desert wearing the best prayer bonus you have (full proselyte is quite nice) and get a Sarandomin or Zamorak item (arrows work wonders here) and just let the bandits attack you while praying protect melee. Extremely AFKable as the bandits will be aggressive the whole time and you won't get damages as long as your prayer last, bringing a few prayer potions are a also a good idea. Edit: Also, Welcome to the Forums
Platinum_Myr
If you just want melee XP, bandits are great, easy and fairly AFK as long as you drink a dose of potion. I don't think your defense is high enough to not need pray though. I am encouraged to level up for tasks and quests. These are great goals to accomplish. I also suggest training slayer, as it will get you decent combat xp as well as gaining access to lots of great $ monsters. Quyneax
I'm not sure if you can, but I think you should be able to get a salve amulet, which provides a 1/6th bonus to attack and strength while fighting undead. This boosts your xp by a lot. Fighting any low defence undead should be great xp :). Thank you so much :) If you just want melee XP, bandits are great, easy and fairly AFK as long as you drink a dose of potion. Seems like it is recommended to have higher prayer for it. I have been for me to slayer is pretty tough to level up? I agree with you that defencen is very low as well as strength. If you could choose to have a higher level in any of them so I probably would have chosen defense after it has reached the target for the opportunity to get 70 in the attack. I'm not sure if you can, but I think you should be able to get a salve amulet, which provides a 1/6th bonus to attack and strength while fighting undead. This boosts your xp by a lot. Fighting any low defence undead should be great xp :). Then it is that you only hit with undeads and then I think once the wilderness.
