Powerfrog
Trio. Only use sharks for healing. Aim for one kill (Two if the first goes well) and then bank. Seeing as banking takes little over a minute, you barely lose any time but still save m's an hour on what you would have spent on brews. You should always be profiting even from the common drops like cannonballs. Pretty much everyone does this with 8+ people for very long trips and low loot, or they use all brews for very long trips with good loot, but expensive supplies. Why not go in the middle? (Bring a few pineapple pizzas to combo eat in cases where corp owns you)
Hedgehog
Using sharks anywhere is ineffective. You lose an attack turn every time you eat one. There's one thing that you can eat and not lose an attack turn, but idr what it is. Something from karamja. I'd look into that.

Most people who can boss hunt corp aren't really bothered by the high startup costs and any good drop from corp will pay for supplies many times over. If you have friends who want to do that, then by all means do that.
Powerfrog
Hmm. I knew about the karambwan but assumed it would be way more expensive. I'll definitely look into that (not only for corp, but for bandos and others! :o) As for the sharks never being useful... Really? Losing an attack turn isn't always the end of the world, especially when you often only have to eat when you're already being pummeled.

Losing an attack turn isn't always the end of the world, especially when you often only have to eat when you're already being pummeled.I'd suggest bringing a couple brews in case you're getting pummeled and eat sharks only between kills. Basically, avoid eating sharks/any other food during combat cuz you'll needlessly waste combat turns. Use ss/uni/bunyip if you can. Another tip: you can losslessly eat any raw food by using a bunyip scroll on it.
Powerfrog
Turns out karabwan doesn't heal in 1 tick (anymore?)... Just had a bandos trip to try it and it healed in the same manner as all fish such as sharks dp. I know there are other foods, pizzas being the most obvious example, are there anything better than pizzas/pies though? (I wonder how practical all summer pies would be for things like bandos... Especially when stacked with spice pouch)

I'm assuming you meant to quote hedgehog though, i think he's just talking about general combat in his post, and not corp.
Quyneax
You can easily do the math, considering that sharks will reduce your kill rate slightly (and you will need brews to outheal corp when it focusus on you, just in case).
