March 30, 201214 yr Yep. I'm not even sure if this is considered impressive now days, but it's my goal. (When i achieve it I'm going to bump it to 30. Then 35 so on and so forth.) My gear will be: Mainly because it will ward off most potential crashers, which would ruin my goal if they entered the room. Secondly because from what i can tell, it's better kills/trip than the more tanky gear anyway, at least for me. My inventory will look like: My tortoise will look like: The current strategy is as follows: Double claw spec Graardor by drinking 3 spec rest doses per kill for the first 13 kills. By this point i will probably be on my uni and will find the kills easier without the claw specials. (I'm having a very hard time working out the value of a special restore flask VS a shark in my inventory.) I will use the chaotic maul on Graardor and will soulsplit inbetween hits. (Not mastered this yet, expecting many deaths >.>) I will then move onto the rapier to take out the minions, mage>range>melee, SS/protection flicking all of them, restoring to or near full health. I will be picking up loot like rune 2h's which does make it more difficult to achieve the goal, as i will have less room for sharks when the uni comes out, but i can't justify leaving several 100k on the floor =/ I'd greatly appreciate all the advice the pros can throw my way! (I currently have an extra 30m cash on top of the gear in the image, so keep that in mind with gear recommendations.)
March 30, 201214 yr Pretty sure that's the ideal gear for killing Graardor, if you have trouble reaching 25 I guess you could replace sharks with rocktail and juju gumbo. Best of luck :thumbup:. 6 doses of special recover is 3 claw specs. 3 claw specs take the place of two maul hits. Idk the actual damage but you can say 3 claw specs does twice as much damage as 2 maul hits? Which means that recover flasks makes Graardor alive for two maul hits less than if you'd used your maul. So all you have to do is find the damage you take per second, on average, multiply that by 7.2 and find out if that's more or less than a shark's worth :). April 6, 201214 yr Author So I've decided to time my runs and note how many kills i get, and note all significant drops. This is really just so i can get an idea of how i am doing and compare different tactics, as well as getting a rough idea on the GP/hour for me. I can either post it here, or in notepad, so i might as well share it with you guys. My best trip so far was 21 kills by the way! It's definitely doable! I'll be editing each run into the OP pretty much daily, 2-3 runs at a time as that's what i typically do a day.
