Hey, I was just wondering what to make from 82-99 crafting with minimal money loss. I have a budget of 30M. Any advise would be appreciated.

Assuming you don't want to spend 1000 hours on it, your only options are really gem filled jewelery or making urns. Crafting in a clan citadel is well over 100k xp/hr and completely free. It also gives you clan rings for even more xp, and a weekly fealty reward equivalent to the Jack of Trades lamp.
