Do lower floors count for higher floors if the floor you're doing is already check-marked? Does it only count for floors of the same type?

 

For example:

Can you do floor 42 twice and have it count for floor 1 if you already had 2-41 done?

If it's restricted to floor type, can you do floor 36 twice and have it count for floor 37?

 

I always got confused.

Do you get less experience? Is there a certain way to do it?

It is restricted to floor type, but yes, if you finish a floor you have already completed another will be crossed off in that floor type.

Only works with the same type of floors; a frozen themed floor won't get crossed out if you do an occult themed floor.

 

It'll always check-off a lower floor than what you just did, as long as they're on the same theme, so there is a risk of losing XP, if for example;

 

You did F36, 37, 38, 40 (Your max is 40)

 

And you just did F38, you get crossed out F39, yet you'll get the XP you did from F38, I guess this is to avoid people doing low floors all the time to avoid higher level bosses.

 

Now, for the next example

 

You did F36, 37, 38, 40 (Max is still 40)

 

But this time you did F40 again, now you'll get F39 checked off, but you'll still get the XP from F39.

 

TL;DR

-If you repeat a floor lower than the one that's been checked off, you'll lose XP

-If you repeat a floor higher than the one that's been checked off, you'll get the same XP for that checked off floor

Occult floors repeate tick off only occult floors. Lower abandoned only tick off lower and not upper. You get xp for the floor ticked off instead, not the floor chosen.

 

^all correct, btw. You aren't gonna be able to leech the same xp from F46 just because you chose F46 n it ticks off F36-45. That would be called "bullshit".
