April 13, 201214 yr I just got a Shade Skull and added it to a mystic water staff and noticed it now gives a +5% damage bonus. Everywhere i read it said that the change is only cosmetic. Was it added in a hidden update or something? Oddly it seems only Mystic staffs get +5% damage, battlestaffs and normal staffs get no changes other than looks. RunetrackAlogRunetracker
