I've seen that guy a couple times around PC and SW. Basically he's always followed by about 5 auto-talkers spamming stuff like 'Omfg it's juize baws' and 'I love your videos!'. However google doesn't turn up anything on this guy and nobody seems to know who that is.

this question must be answered. i want to know who he is too.

If they are auto-talkers following him and no google I'd be inclined to agree some kind of troll or attention seeker who set auto-talkers after himself to make him look 'cool' and 'famous'
