The code is in the form of GPS coordinates with surrounding cryptic text.Police has received help from experts in the military, but they still don't know what it means. My_Eggs Posted May 10, 2012 Share Posted May 10, 2012 My guess, mind you this is just speculation and based on no facts as I haven't seen anything about it other than this thread, is that someone sent that encoded message to the police and told them that at that location there is either a bomb, a person who is missing and will die within x amount of time, or something along those lines. The police are baffled by the code and need help cracking it. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. The human brain does excel at certain things like patterns (which a conventional computer sucks at by comparison), and you can tap into fairly considerable brain power resources. The scientific community has made use of the lay man at least once by turning some boring science thing (I can't remember what it actually was) into a game type format.
