January 29, 200620 yr Hey my computer got wiped and i've downloaded most of the things i had before it got wiped. But, for some reason in winamp, my sound quality is terrible and makes fussy cracking sounds every couple of seconds. It's driving me nuts and i've tried using different plugins but nothing is working. Any clue on how to fix this?

January 29, 200620 yr Or, your speakers could be malfunctioning. Borrow some heaphones or speakers from a friend or use some different ones at your house and see if you still hear the noise.
