AHHHH I'm so mixed of this update! I think it's awesome for the high level people :) But this new diary is out of reach for an average player like me (which is totally okay).. I just wish there wasn't some stupid red text to haunt me I have spent the last year STRAIGHT leveling up for the stupid seers diary...and i completed it last week! and now...ughhhhhhh..a reward that's SO ridiculous there's no point in even trying. i wish - the hard diary was on par with other hard diaries...and then on top of that there was an elite diary too - still with it's awesome reward - it was just some add on and it still showed that you completed the diary even if you didn't have that extra elite thingie done you know? haha oh well....it's the rcing that is scaring me....getting 66 for fally BORED ME TO DEATH

All I know about macro detection is I remember back in the day of rsc if you clicked at a very even speed (like exactly once per second or so - manually) for like 15 seconds or so you'd get automatically logged off :P It was fun to do you had to be like EXACT :P

For a spectre trip bring a macaw...that will increase your profits a SICKKK amount!

When training a skill - for every level i try to do something completly different (makes it way more fun) i.e - for smithing i'd do one level making steel plates. The next level I would make and alch stuff in the dwarf furnace. The next level I would buy logs and make hasta's using barbarian smithing. etc..

Does this mean we don't have to click the call button anymore? Would be epic. OH MAN! I hope so! this update ROCKS just throwing that out there. ONe of the best they've done in ages imo

K well none of my friends know I play this game (let alone all video games haha) and not gonna lie it definitly helps out my social life :P

You're a fool if you don't use them in combat. They are amazing. Combat familiars speed up slayer tasks and exp rates significantly. It just takes some practice to do it right. First of all. - when you go into battle - BLOW YOUR WHISTLE! This engages the familiar IMMIDIATLY! (instead of waiting 5 seconds) Secondly - I use my familiar to kind of "clean up" - meaning i don't have to blow the whistle at all! - I attack a monster, when the monster gets to 10-20% health instead of killing it I attack another monster and let my familiar kill it. (so i'm fighting one monster and my familiar and a monster are fighting each other). When it dies, the familiar will automatically immidiatly move on to help the monster i'm fighting (no need to blow the whistle!) You get combat exp for using them! it's an extra 15k exp per hour. Plus it's more fun!

(amazing post by the way) You really went into detail - i remember you had graphs and graphs showing how much better it was to use rapid heal...I've never seen a guide to this day that had line graphs in them! and every time i train thieving since then I've done it with rapid heal! Naw cosmics are only 140-150 (so x2 that's 280-300), which is less than what laws sell for. They are also less exp and slower to make than laws. (unless you do the abyss)

They directly mentioned an achievement diary cape in one of the letters to the editor - and it was kinda assumed that since that since the two are pretty related that having both would mean a trim.

laws are still the fastest money in rcing other then lvl 2x nats. And yeah I have made so many law runes i never want to make another law rune again lol

Yeah I remember doing this in rsc against black knights lol :D (good times camping in the room with the 2 black knights and an alter lol) And yeah i use it mostly in burgg de rott ramble now. Can easily go there and back using half my prayer

WOW is like SUPER addicting....while rs is just like half addicting. So you can still have a social life, do well in school, and play rs.

Why would they browse the RSOF? Its full of people with the combined iq of a couple of TIFers. If soumeone on RSOF would have made this it would have looked more like: Before rsof and when this was scapeboard a couple jagex mods had accounts here and browsed scapeboard - i never saw them post tho tbh. Anyway i'm mixed about this. This is AWESOME for skilling! I hate logging out. But man.....the last 3 times i died were because i disconnected in combat against like noob monsters and somehow woke up in lumby unable to get my items back. EDIT: I just read the post above about how it actually doesn't change the disconnect timer ( SWEET)
