K so I did these updates all day and I'm definanatly going to say that this is the best update in rs in a while. It's FUN. and the rewards are ridicoulous. 25k exp a week in any skill you want for 1-1.5 hours of hunting around rs with a group of friends. Think about that in terms of summoning. That's the exp you get from 116 crimson charms and spending 340k on shards 10/10 And then there's the meteors - which give good exp - and for each meteor you get around 50k worth of stuff (if you get around 100 stardusts). And crazily enough this is the most fun. Me and like 8 friends were in an empty world trying to find it and omg when it landed we were getting pretty nervous lol. 10/10 (just because of how much fun it was) And the circus... i donno i'm kinda mixed about it - lots of costumes and free exp..why not? 7/10

Went to one that was in rimmington mine right in the middle, and then just went to one that was just outside of the bank in nardah (for the khandarin desert location)

You are missing the canafis bush one (not the same as the port plansmatys one) it's also been spotted in Mortton. I'm 100% positive this is the on you're missing.

Yeah -well 2 years is a while - anyway here's what you missed RS got raided by macroers and rwters....like you would seriously see them everywhere...prices of things we're ridicoulously cheap but macroing was ruining the game. Like you would easily see over 50 of them mining rune ess on a p2p server. Anyway jagex then removed allmost all the methods methods of exchanging wealth so: -trade limit (3k for f2p, 30k for p2p+quests) -duel arena has a limit -no more drop parties -no more pking -etc. Anyway they've tried to replace these things with: Bounty hunter-a pvp minigame that is vaguely similar to pking but in a much smaller area Item lending - you can lend items without the risk of not getting it back. Anyway that's the bad stuff - the good stuff is that there are not as many rwtsers( and i barely ever see macroers) and the Grand exchange which is kind of like an auction house which makes buying and selling really easy! And better graphics :D And other than that skill capes were a pretty big update - if you get 99 in a skill you can buy a cape that shows it off and you can do a unique emote!

So yeah this update pretty much equals a free 1 or 2 summoning levels a week! The only thing bad about this is that i won't be able to use my tears on summoning again i don't think lol.

Yeah same here :( The circus thing is actually pretty tough - I don't really get the scoring - i can't wait for a guide it will be pretty helpful Anyway you guys complaining about the requests - screw them!! The first one i did - magic - i was getting either 90+ or lvl 10 requests and that's it...so i followed the requests (repeating and failing)..did some dancing and got around 500 points. When i did the agil one i completely ignored all the requests and did the best I could and got over 800 points. So the next time i do it I would use this strategy: - If they give you a reasonable suggestion that you haven't done before - do it. -If they give you a suggestion that you've -done already -is too easy easy (<40) -or way too high for your level Screw it - and just do something that you're capable of. Anyway for the penguins - i think you guys are missing the point - i don't think they want us to necessarly look for the penguins, but more like if we randomly stumble across one....some free money! I mean today by just travelling to a slayer task I by fluke found two of them! EDIT: WOW everybody check out the game guide on the circus! Yeah the rewards aren't random - if you talk to the ringmaster he explains it. If you do terribly you get peasent outfits, and then acrobatic, and then clown, and then ringmaster outfits. Not random at all! And you don't have to listen to the crowd - if they want to see something twice screw them just do something impressive. Then again I only was getting 500-800 points on them and just got 3 pieces of the acrobatic outfit lol Anyway this update rocks - it's kinda like random events but not anti macro.

I really like it tbh- one of the funnest minigames imo. Whatever floats your boat i guess.

Agreed. I think Jagex did a good job with removing RWT. I dont think it was a mistake, just more of a thing that needed to be done. Thats my opinion though. Yeah. I believe that rwt is still here but i don't see it. I hated rs when there were macroers everywhere. Sure it was rocky for a bit but rs is the best it's been now than ever i think. I have fun.

:S yeah i'll give it a 7/10. Good..but not really useful? And i LOVE rcing. I'm just mad i'm really frustrated with the minigame i played for an hour and lost EVERY game (except one where we tied!) because we were outnumbered..

I don't like them any more - everybody has one...have you noticed? I wear a backpack -i look like an adventurer. ( aka i don't have any loool -except for the quest cape which i'm proud of (NEVER USED A GUIDE! Even if it takes me a week to figure something out lol))

Lol I don't know why you guys block eyes of glouphrie - probably my favorite slayer task are warped tortoises! They are super fast- AWESOME exp - multicombat and non agressive (aka summoning familiars help out!) and litterally 10 steps away from the GE bank! (there's a spirit tree in GE that goes to the sewers!) + they drop turtle shells which can be sold for a lot or used for summoning!

yep these are my 3 worst forum problems. In game....ummm...people stealing your spots...but then again I kinda like it when it happens because I usually just make them mad until they leave :P

Me too I love it so much :D it's my baby in rs :D It's so nice to have for almost all combat. (+i hate ranging and can't afford maging :P) But i LOVE hitting high with it! i'm a supernoob and have hit over 50 :D

Ummm what about FARMING! I always had the fally patch out of my farming circle until now :D (for growing herbs i mean) This ring rocks...it's my favorite ring now! It's kinda ironic how (imo) the reward for the lumby diary is better than the karamja and varrock ones :P

when i started there was no tutorial island...or even manual. You learned things from word of mouth (like how to smith and fish and stuff)...it was the fun of the game. (i sound like an old man)

lol there's mornings before work where i'm like should I shower? or sit in bed and play rs :P. I usually do both and just be late for work :P

OT: click on the first one.... and it says "Jagex, a US based company" Is that right? arent' they from cambridge?

i believe that it does nothing, just a placebo. I still always wear one though :P rings, shrimgs actually i'm loving this new explorer ring tbh
